Tailored Configurations

Solutions Configured for Every Customer Application

CAST Navigation’s GNSS simulation experts work with each customer to configure solutions to meet their unique requirements while leaving room for tomorrow’s needs. A CAST simulator will comprise one or more of our four simulation capabilities:
  • RGNSS — Create precise, repeatable GNSS RF signals for testing and integration projects.
  • RInertial — Stimulate INS and GNSS/INS navigation systems, including advanced dual EGI systems, with coherent, high-rate inertial data.
  • RCRPA — Generate coherent GNSS and interference RF wavefronts to test phased array antennas in the lab.
  • RJamming — Emulate natural and urban interference conditions as well as adversarial jamming.
CAST Navigation has provided GPS and GNSS simulation solutions to commercial and military customers for over forty years. As a result, our team of experts has a deep understanding of how to map our simulator capabilities to our customers’ requirements. They know how to ask the right questions that lead to optimal simulator configurations, including applications such as:
  • RCRPA Testing — Customers use their CAST simulators to test phased array antenna systems by generating navigation and interference signals for each antenna element at scales that would be impossible to capture in live sky testing.
  • RDual and Multi EGI Testing — CAST’s proprietary synchronization technology ensures GNSS and Inertial signal coherence to make EGI testing precise, accurate, and repeatable. CAST EGI Testers can test multiple EGI systems simultaneously and stimulate advanced dual-EGI navigation systems.
No matter how complex or straightforward the initial project, your requirements will evolve, and CAST simulator solutions can grow with you. The GNSS simulator solution purchased today can expand tomorrow with any combination of Jamming, Inertial, and CRPA capabilities.
